TECHNICAL: Yield <30hl/ha, Chardonnay picked from the oldest vines and the most favorable locations after a long and severe selecting preparation. Only first pressing. Fermentation and maturing on lees are entirely in French oak barrels with bâtonnage. 30% to 50% new oak.
